         Important News:

As of July 1,09 the Georgia laws are changing and any one getting a DUI (first time or not) are required to have an evaluation by a clinical evaluator and do referred programs. In the past this was only required by multiple (2 DUI in 5 years) Now its all DUI and multiple is 2 in 10 years.

If you are ordered to do a  program that is for a first time offence, and if you dont meet criteria for a state program,but need to do a program, this program will work for you. Please know what you need. Have your assessment.

This will not be for multiple offenders.

This is not a replacement for treatment.
